Getting kids to eat their veggies? Easier said than done, right ?

Magic Orange Carrot Mash
Ingredients: carrots, potato, a bit of milk, a touch of honey, butter.
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the carrots and potato.
2. Boil until soft.
3. Blend with a little milk and butter, add a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
Kid tip: Serve in heart or star shapes using cookie cutters.
Mini Zucchini Patties
Ingredients: grated zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper.
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients to form a batter.
2. Shape into small patties and cook in a pan with a little oil.
Kid tip: Serve with a mild garlic yogurt dip for dipping fun.
Mini Spinach & Cheese Muffins
Ingredients: cooked and chopped spinach, eggs, flour, milk, grated cheese, baking powder.
Instructions:
1. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
2. Fill mini muffin molds and bake 15–20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Kid tip: Mini sizes are easy to grab and fun to eat.
