1. Purpose

These general terms govern the relationship between Daisy Premium Family and the client in the context of searching for and connecting with a domestic, childcare, or household management service provider, according to the criteria defined in this document.

2. Services Offered

The various services are available at three levels of experience:

Experienced = over 5 years of experience and professional references.

Qualified = over 5 years of experience, professional references, and a minimum of 1 diploma in early childhood and safety/first aid.

Confirmed = over 8 years of valuable high experience, at least 1 diploma as mentioned above, and recommendations from previous employers.

2.1. Domestic Services

Domestic services include, but are not limited to: • Housekeeping
• Grocery assistance
• Cooking assistance

• Cleaning services
• Pet-sitting (dog walking)
• Laundry services
• Senior assistance (personal care, etc.)

2.2. Child-Related Services

Child-related services include: • Nanny
• Tutoring
• Childcare assistant

• After-school transport • School taxi

2.3. Household Management Services

Household management services include: • House manager
• Butler
• Valet service

• Private chauffeur
• General household steward
• Other domestic management services

3. Packages and Fees

3.1. Daisy
The Daisy package is billed as follows:

• 395 (Experienced profile)
Includes: one complimentary replacement during the six first month, ongoing support throughout

the placement, monthly newsletter, and year-end gift.
A 30% deposit is required upon signing the mandate under the Daisy package.

3.2. Lys
The Lys package is billed as follows:

• 495 (Experienced profile)

Includes: one complimentary replacement during the six first month, complimentary set-up administrative management, ongoing support throughout the placement, monthly newsletter, year-end gift.

A 30% deposit is required upon signing the mandate under the Lys package.

3.3. Iris
The Iris package is billed as follows:

• 1’995 (confirmed profile)

Includes: one complimentary replacement during the first sixteenth month, complimentary set-up administrative management and support during the first three month
, ongoing support throughout the placement, dedicated private customer service, monthly newsletter, year-end gift, exclusive discounts and benefits with our hotel, restaurant, and wellness partners.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made exclusively through the payment link provided by Daisy Premium Family at the time of agreement. This billing method is managed by the financial company STRIPE. Any other link received that is not issued by this entity must be considered fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

The payments term once the invoice has been submitted is seven calendar days (7), if payment is not received within the specific deadline, a 15% surcharge will be aplied, not exceeding 50% of the original total coast. Thereafter, if payment still remains outstanding, debts collection services may be engaged and legal proceedings may be initiated. 

We naturally reserve us the right to terminate the service provider relationship in the event of repeated delays, abuse, or breach of agreed terms.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Search Deadline:

Iris Package : Daisy Premium Family commits to finding a service provider matching the defined criteria within 25 days from the validation of the agreement. Failing this, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid for the mission.

Lys Package : As part of the Signature Formula, Daisy Premium Family will make every effort to find a suitable provider within 35 days from the validation of the agreement. Failing this, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid for the mission.

Daisy Package : In this volet, Daisy Premium Family will make every effort to find a suitable provider within 45 days from the validation of the agreement. Failing this, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid for the mission.

5.2. Independent Search:

The client agrees to rely exclusively on Daisy Premium Family for the search and connection with a service provider. If the client finds a provider independently before the concierge presents one, the client acknowledges that this does not entitle them to a full waiver of fees.

5.3. Unreasonable Refusal of Providers:

The client agrees to communicate effectively with the concierge following the presentation of providers. In the event of three or more systematic and unjustified refusals, the concierge reserves the right to terminate the mandate, and the client acknowledges that this does not entitle them to a refund.

5.4. Good Faith Guarantee

In a spirit of collaboration and good faith, if the client wishes to pursue the search independently, they must first inform the concierge and keep them updated on each step of the process. If the client finds and validates a provider independently before the concierge has presented one within the agreed timeframe, the client will only be liable for 75% of the total mandate cost, with the remaining 25% waived by our establishment.

6. Acceptance of Terms

The client expressly accepts these general terms upon signing the document and confirms their exclusive commitment to Daisy Premium Family for the provider search. They acknowledge that, apart from the situations mentioned above, no other case will entitle them to a full waiver of fees once the legal withdrawal period has expired. Should such a case arise, the Good Faith Guarantee would apply.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws in force in the country where the contract is signed. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
